How long will my detail take?
The Express Refresh runs around three hours, and The Works typically takes about five hours. Heavily soiled vehicles or larger trucks and SUVs can take longer, and we'll give you a realistic time estimate when we confirm your quote.
Do you need water and power on site?
Access to water and a standard outlet is helpful. If that's a concern at your home or workplace, mention it in your quote request and we'll talk through your setup before the appointment.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
Not necessarily. Many customers book at work or stay inside while we detail. We just need access to the vehicle (and keys for the interior) at the start, and we'll do a quick walk-through when we finish.
Will detailing remove every stain and scratch?
We work hard to get the best possible result, but outcomes depend on your vehicle's condition. Some deep stains, etching, or scratches may be improved rather than fully removed. We'll always be upfront about what we can realistically achieve.
